Training online and offline

With the tech advancements over the last 15 years training and presentations can be done live in person or online.

In both cases power point, video and interaction are possible.

Rather than getting into it I will give you a few resources you can explore: has a great archive of videos (on training) and white papers. – Great for training certification on different online techniques (content marketing, email, etc) – Dale Carnegie… self explanatory.

Managing Change White Paper

It’s a well versed rhetoric that in business, change is the only constant. A recent Forbes Insights report entitled “Making the Change” (November, 2014) corroborates that assertion. The report suggests that 93% of U.S. based companies are in some state of change regarding their business model.
